The potential of natural biomaterials to improve wound healing and manage diabetic foot problems is becoming more widely acknowledged. The development, as well as application of these biomaterials, are reviewed in this book chapter, emphasizing how they might be used to promote successful wound repair and address the particular difficulties associated with diabetic foot ulcers.
