The world is pregnant with organization. All around us we find well-organized things, where each part fills a particular role. Think for example of an engine, or of a house or, even more striking, of a computer. And we are also surrounded by well-organized processes, whereby those things change in time, as for example in the case of a brake which slows down and eventually halts a car, or that of a traffic light which rules the traffic pattern by changing its color.
