Anatomical Eponyms in Dentistry
摘要
In Dentistry, many anatomical eponyms are in use, most of them on histology. We present those eponyms according to: (a) the development of the teeth with eponyms on various fibres, layers and membranes; (b) the morphology of the teeth with eponyms on occlusion curves and additional tubercles and canals; (c) the histology with all its lines, spaces and stripes, for which various structures received an eponym; and (d) the innervation of the teeth, emphasizing the nerve plexuses involved. For further data on the authors quoted, reference is made to Part II (The Anatomical Eponyms from A to Z) and figures in this part.
