Remote Staff Training
摘要
In recent years remote delivery of staff training has become an increasingly more popular and prevalent training option in behaviour analysis. Being able to train staff from a distance may be beneficial for those who live in rural or underserved areas. Additionally, remote training can be a cost-effective way to upskill professionals and create an increased capacity for evidence-based practices within an organisation. This chapter will explore the current evidence supporting remote staff training, look at the limitations of this evidence, and provide guidance for behaviour analysts who wish to adopt remote training in their practice.
