The method used in the research was the sequential exploratory design, where data were first collected from persons in charge of the development of this application monitoring system through in-depth interviews. In addition, the category and criteria resulting from the in-depth interview were distributed to drivers in the form of questionnaires using the DeLone and McLean models, and the analysis process was carried out using the Smart PLS V.40 software. The result of the study showed that the implementation of the driver monitoring application system was very helpful for the company in the monitoring process during distribution activities. Based on the success story of the implementation, in the future, the company will try to continue to develop the application system for progress in the distribution process in the logistics sector.
