Organizational intelligence has been regarded as a crucial aspect in preparing any organization to embrace the crisis. However, literature on energy crisis management tends to focus on policy and technological issues, thus limiting the attention to organizational factors. This study aims to investigate the role of organizational intelligence in energy crisis management in Jordan. It analyzes the role of organizational intelligence in managing the crisis in developing countries, particularly in nations where electricity resources are scarce, like Jordan. Organizational intelligence is conceptualized as a dimension of strategic planning that includes technology intelligence, competitive intelligence, political environment foresight, and consumer foresight. This quantitative study collects data from organizations involved in the energy sector in Jordan. A total of 185 completed responses were used for analysis using SMART PLS 4. The findings indicate that only two dimensions of organizational intelligence have significant relationships with energy crisis management, specifically political environmental foresight and consumer foresight. While these results are unique to Jordan's context, the study paves the way towards further exploration of the energy management crisis and organizational intelligence issues in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

摘要
