This edited volume, Language Education in Saudi Arabia: Challenges and Opportunities in Language Pedagogy and Policy, couldn’t be more timely. Through different theoretical, historical, methodological, and pedagogical interventions, chapter contributors engage with various aspects of English language teaching and learning in Saudi Arabia. These include vocabulary learning strategies, reading strategies for college students, language ideologies, assessment practices, and intercultural communication education and research, to name just a few.
