This study examines the influence of organizational justice (OJ) and organizational values (OV) on employee work stress (WS), with the goal of understanding the role of these organizational factors in stress levels and suggesting strategies to reduce workplace stress. The researcher used a quantitative methodology and administered a survey to collect data from a sample of 120 workers. The survey used recognized evaluation methods to analyze individuals’ views of OJ, OV, and WS. The researcher used regression analysis to investigate the associations between the independent variables (OJ and OV) and the dependent variable (WS). The research determined that both OJ and OV exerted a significant impact on WS. According to the R square values, researcher found that OJ was responsible for explaining 51.1% of the variance in WS, whereas OV accounted for 72.8%. These findings indicate that, although fairness in organizational processes is significant, the fundamental principles that motivate organizational conduct have a more substantial impact on alleviating occupational stress. In conclusion The study highlights the importance of business equity and ethics in managing workplace stress. The results indicate that enterprises should prioritize both justice and a value-driven culture in order to sustain a supportive work environment. Organizations may effectively mitigate work-related stress and enhance employee well-being, leading to a significant improvement in overall organizational performance.
