This study aims to investigate the potential impact of information systems, technology, and management participation on individual manufacturing performance in Bandung, Indonesia. The variables studied were AI expert (X1), utilization of AI (X2), AI technical ability (X3), management participation (X4), and individual performance (Y). This study employs a purposive sampling technique to gather quantitative data. The SPSS software application analyzes the primary data collected through a questionnaire in this study. The findings show that the effectiveness of AI experts has a significant positive effect on individual performance, the utilization of AI has a significant positive effect on individual performance, AI technical ability has a significant positive effect on individual performance, and management participation has a significant positive effect on individual performance.
