Adapting Digital Shift: Islamic Evolution in the Gig Economy Ecosystem
摘要
The rapid digital transformation within the Islamic paradigm of the gig economy, particularly accelerated by the global pandemic, has profoundly influenced freelancing, gig work, and on-demand labor. This research explores the dynamic evolution of the gig economy's digital platform, focusing on creative management and the emerging field of Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) in the digital era from an Islamic perspective. Through a systematic literature review, the research identifies the primary objectives guiding the evolution of professional solutions within the creative industry, emphasizing the influential factors on digital business, client relationships, and management. Aligned with these objectives, the synthesis of current research findings culminates in a comprehensive conceptual framework. This framework addresses challenges in business plan transformation, the rise of marketing in the Metaverse, and the integration of artificial intelligence (AI). Additionally, the research examines the gig economy's ethos towards work and the potential decline in professional effectiveness without an efficient management ecosystem. Aligned with the findings, the research contributes insights that empower practitioners in the gig economy, offering invaluable support in navigating the ever-changing work landscape in the contemporary paradigm of Islamic evolution. This study also highlights the critical role of maqasid sharia (objectives of Islamic law), istihsan (juristic preference), and qiyas khafi (analogy of hidden reasoning) in guiding ethical and legal decisions within this evolving context, enriching the Islamic perspective in the gig economy's digital evolution.
