The study aims to examine the impact of accounting information system on corporate governance in small and medium enterprises in Bahrain. The study used a questionnaire to collect the date from 110 small and medium enterprises in Bahrain. The study result revealed that the accounting information system has a significant influence on corporate governance. Future studies should consider expanding the sample size to include a diverse range of SMEs across various sectors in Bahrain to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the relationship accounting information system and corporate governance.
