This paper investigates how green human resource management strategies can spur green innovation at Midal Cables Ltd. The study takes a descriptive-analytical approach to investigating four key HRM practices: green recruitment and selection, training and development, remuneration and incentive systems, and performance evaluation. Data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed among the organization’s staff. Regression analysis was then employed to determine the extent to which each practice influences innovation. The findings indicate that all green HRM approaches provide a considerable contribution to the promotion of green innovation, with green performance assessment having the greatest impact. Green recruiting and selection, in addition to training and development, are both crucial yet each has its different level of influence. The conclusion emphasizes the importance of taking a holistic approach to green HRM, which entails combining various approaches to foster a sustainable and creative company culture. The research offers practical insights for firms seeking to improve their environmental sustainability via strategic HRM interventions, emphasizing the need for ongoing assessment and adjustment of green policies to promote an environmentally friendly corporate culture.
