Enhancing Employee Performance Through Artificial Intelligence in Bahrain’s Service Sector

In order to ascertain how AI-driven technologies, particularly automation and machine learning, will affect employee productivity and operational efficiency, this study looks at how artificial intelligence (AI) affects employee performance within Bahrain’s service sector. Predictive analytics is a theoretical framework used in education that investigates how artificial intelligence may improve customer engagement and service delivery operations. 140 employees from various service organizations in Bahrain provided pilot data, and the results were analyzed using statistical techniques like linear regression and correlation analysis. The findings demonstrate a strong positive link—a statistically significant one, according to Pearson’s correlation value of 0.793—between the integration of AI and employee performance. With a F value of 242.205 and a moral level below 0.01 this regression study is further validated, indicating that artificial intelligence has a major role in increasing productivity. The results further emphasize how important the organization is. To fully reap the benefits of artificial intelligence, culture and strategic alignment are crucial, implying that adopting technology on its own will not suffice to provide the intended outcomes. Although the study supports the necessity for a comprehensive approach, artificial intelligence has the potential to revolutionize Bahrain’s services sector by increasing employee efficiency and performance. This method it should take organizational and cultural preparedness into account in addition to technology advancements. Education suggests more investigation into the long-term effects of artificial intelligence on worker performance and processing, including in-depth case studies and longitudinal evaluations. Furthermore, it is advised that businesses in Bahrain’s services sector give strategic planning and personnel training top priority in order to guarantee the successful integration of AI.
