This paper provides a bibliometric analysis of the integration of blockchain and financial technology (fintech) in supply chain management, emphasizing their potential to improve transparency, efficiency, and security. Blockchain’s decentralized ledger ensures tamper-proof and transparent records, while fintech streamlines financial processes such as payments, trade finance, and risk management. Together, these technologies offer significant advantages by reducing transaction costs, enhancing trust, and minimizing fraud in supply chain operations. The study examines the body of existing literature to identify key themes, trends, and contributions in the field. Findings suggest that the adoption of blockchain and fintech is changing traditional supply chains by improving real-time visibility and operational efficiency. Despite these benefits, several gaps remain in the research. Notably, the challenges of legal, technical, and regulatory frameworks hinder the full adoption of these technologies. The need for standardized protocols and more research on risk management strategies is critical for achieving the full potential of blockchain and fintech in global supply chains. This paper provide insightful information for researchers and practitioners, outlining the strategic opportunities that these technologies provide for enhancing supply chain operations. Additionally, it highlights the need for more research into removing current barriers to their widespread adoption.
