This study presents a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of change management research over the last decade (2013-2023). Drawing on a dataset of 9,241 primary research papers sourced from the Web of Science, the analysis uncovers trends, key contributors, and emerging themes in the field. The findings reveal a steady growth in scientific production, with increasing emphasis on innovation, performance, and technological change as drivers of organizational transformation. Leading journals, authors, institutions, and countries contributing to the field are identified, highlighting the global and collaborative nature of change management research. Thematic analysis further demonstrates the shift toward integrating technology and knowledge systems with human-centric approaches, addressing the challenges of modern organizational change. This study provides valuable insights for researchers and practitioners, offering a foundation for future studies to develop adaptive and innovative frameworks for managing change in dynamic environments.
