Pathogenic Variability of Septoria spp. of Wheat in Morocco
摘要
The interactions of 14 monoconidial isolates of Septoria tritici of wheat, sampled in different regions of Morocco, with 15 Moroccan wheat cultivars differing in their resistance level to the pathogen and the sensitive variety Nesma, were studied using artificial inoculations in the greenhouse, in the object of studying the pathogenic variability of the pathogen and identify possible physiologic races. The study concludes that is a great variability between the isolates studied. According to pycnidia coverage and AUDPC separately, the 14 isolates studied were classified hierarchically into 9 different pathogenic groups. According to the AUDPC, 4 differentials varieties have reacted differentially towards the pathogen. The 16 varieties grouping allowed to have 13 groups on basis the pycnidia coverage which 12 are each represented by a single variety.
