In this context, games emerge as an innovative and powerful tool to promote well-being, health and social interaction in this population. More than just entertainment, games become instruments for learning, cognitive stimulation and the generation of positive emotions. Anti-loneliness and isolation improved physical and mental health, and support in everyday life are just some of the benefits attributed to them. This article focuses on the evaluation of game experiences specifically designed for the needs and preferences of the older adult population. Through expert opinion, it attempts to determine whether a particular game can provide a high level of enjoyment and engagement, improving the quality of life of those who incorporate it into their daily routine. This research provides a new approach to the care of the elderly, where games become a fundamental ally in promoting active, healthy and happy ageing.
