This Chapter discusses a research background to design a real-time Intelligent system to predict the states of crushing, including the End State of the loaded running ball mill. At the end of crushing, the mill stops its crushing operation, and the user obtains expected particle size distribution (psd). This Chapter proposes an intelligent system, which in real-time with some predefined control parameters achieves desired psd of a specific input mix, and stops the mill automatically. The system on chip can be designed so that the machine can be stopped automatically whenever the desired particle size distribution has been achieved. The proposed approach is based on the analysis of the time series data and validated using Machine learning technique.
