Artificial intelligence (AI) revolves around software programs that draw knowledge from data, identify patterns, and automatically make decisions on their own tasks that formally require human intelligence. This chapter examines how businesses can effectively traverse the AI landscape to drive eternal growth for the organization while bolstering wider employee performance. It focusses on AI-driven approaches for optimizing operations, improving performance, and spurring individuality. Businesses that incorporate AI into their business processes tend to boost productivity, mitigate environmental impact, and position themselves for long-term success. Through data analysis and insights, this study analyzes how AI technologies promote efficiency in organizations, communication and decision-making. The initial objective of this chapter is to examine how AI drives employee engagement and the performance of an employee. This study uses a mixed-methodology approach that incorporates both qualitative and quantitative methods. Simple random sampling was conducted to pick participants from the target demographic of employees in several organizations. A random number generator is employed to select the appropriate number of employees to ensure that every potential employee has an equal chance of being selected. Findings reveal that employee engagement and adoption of AI are positively correlated, which emphasizes increased productivity, performance and pursuit of happiness. Applications of this research include educating organizational leaders on the potential benefits and limitations of incorporating AI and enabling them to develop strategic decisions that will increase employee engagement and effectively accomplish employee performance.
