Bladder exstrophy (BE) is a rare congenital anomaly characterized by the protrusion of the urinary bladder through a defect in the anterior abdominal wall. This condition poses significant challenges in achieving normal urinary continence and maintaining renal health. Pelvic osteotomies are performed to correct the bony abnormalities associated with this condition to aid in the closure of the anterior abdominal wall. We have provided a surgical technique review of the different pelvic osteotomies associated with BE repair along with the long-term outcomes and complications.
