The chapter starts with an overview of the current trends in internationalization at home. Further, various implications of international at home for environmental, social, and economic sustainability are discussed. The rest of the chapter is structured around questions framed by the ideas of purpose-driven leadership on how internationalization at home should be organized to minimize negative implications for the various aspects of sustainability and to maximize the sustainable outcomes.
