This chapter is intended to provide an overview of the statistical data related to the cases on the Treaty of Lausanne filed before the domestic courts that were extracted from various domestic case-law databases, and a reading of this data of the past 100 years. This statistical data is essential for administration of justice and to guide and inform the state for determination of its achievements, the current issues, and the main challenges before it. The judicial statistics for the recent years disclose an increase in the number of cases which can be explained by the progress achieved in human rights.
