This study examines the Green Smart Refill initiative at Vietnam National University, Hanoi, which integrates Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Education of Things (EoT) to enhance sustainability in educational practices. The Smart Refill system, a pioneering automatic personal consumption service, allows users to flexibly refill and reuse various consumer products, prioritizing green consumption trends such as limiting plastic packaging. The initiative leverages IoT technology to connect hardware like supply machines and payment gateways, facilitating efficient transactions and resource management. Vietnamese software manages this system’s innovative design, ensuring independence from foreign technology. Integrating AI and EoT optimizes resource usage, reduces environmental impact, and promotes personalized, interactive learning experiences. This approach advances the university’s sustainability goals and serves as a model for incorporating smart technologies into teacher training program as well as in education, contributing to the broader effort of green transformation across Vietnam.

摘要
