In recent years, the demand for sustainable and energy-efficient office spaces has seen a significant rise. Building automation control systems (BACS) have emerged as a promising solution to enhance energy efficiency in commercial buildings, particularly in office spaces. This paper aims to emphasizing the impact of BACS on the energy efficiency of office spaces by identifying the strategies and benefits associated with implementing BACS in office settings. Then it proposes a framework for integrating AI-Based control systems into office spaces. The components, features and functionalities of the framework are explained. The study applies the framework to a case study and illustrates the strategies used as well as the algorithms used for each control system. This framework can substantially reduce energy consumption, optimize building performance, and improve occupant comfort. In a nutshell, this paper provides insights into the potential of BACS in promoting energy efficiency in office spaces, offering recommendations for effective deployment and a case-study implementation for this proposal.

摘要
