This research presents a bibliometric analysis of 431 scholarly articles published between 2014 and 2024, focusing on the integration of intelligent systems such as AI, big data, and analytics in the public sector. The study identifies key themes, citation patterns, publication trends, and collaborative networks, highlighting the growing role of data intelligence in decision-making and the associated ethical challenges. It explores the application of ambidexterity theory to balance exploration and exploitation for better decision outcomes.
