In order to improve the quality and optimize the effect of sports medical protection services, this study carries out research on online monitoring methods for sports medical protection services under the big data environment. First, we design the online monitoring architecture of medical protection services to lay the foundation for the subsequent research; second, we select and deploy suitable monitoring equipment according to the monitoring objectives and scope; third, we set up data collection points to collect real-time data of medical protection services; finally, the collected data are analyzed by descriptive statistics, and by understanding the characteristics and distribution of the data, a comprehensive online monitoring and evaluation of sports medical support services is carried out. The experimental results show that after the application of this method, the discrepancy rate of the monitored values is low, and it can reflect the real state or characteristics of the monitored objects more accurately, which indicates that the reliability of this method is high.
