To assist mobility for blind people, this study compares different lane line detection methods and identifies their advantages and limitations. Different detection methods can be used in a variety of environmental conditions. We compare four different lane line detection methods, including two traditional image processing methods and two Deep learning-based methods. The different methods are compared and evaluated using a database developed for this project.
