This study presents an analysis of long-term climatic changes in Rostov-on-Don using the Rodionov method to identify regime shifts in precipitation and temperature. Three scenarios, each with a different minimum duration for climate regimes, were considered. The timeframes under consideration were five, ten, and twenty years. The results demonstrated notable alterations in precipitation and temperature regimes since the mid-twentieth century. Particular attention is paid to significant shifts towards wetter conditions and higher temperatures, especially since the early 2000s, which may be related to urbanization and the formation of heat islands in the city. While some of the identified changes are consistent with global climate trends, unique localized phenomena unrelated to global processes are also observed.

摘要
