Green transition is taking place in many sectors to reduce carbon emissions and reduce the amount of waste. The fashion industry is one of the sectors experiencing green transition. As a result of the accelerating effects and outcomes of climate change, sustainability has come to the fore in the fashion industry. At this point, businesses and brands in the fashion industry have focused on sustainable fashion practices. The sustainability effect of the green transformation in the fashion industry, where fast consumption culture is most prevalent, can spread from producer to consumer. The aim of this study is to explore the green transition in the fashion industry in developing countries. Thus, a profile of the green transition in the fashion industry will be presented by examining sustainable fashion data, statistics and current reports in developing countries.
