In recent years, digitization has transformed medical practices globally, yet Algeria still faces significant healthcare challenges, including unequal access to specialized services, a shortage of medical professionals, and the compounded effects of an aging population and complex diseases. For instance, a Poland study found that approximately 64.9 \(\%\) of participants preferred using the Internet to seek health information, while 63.4 \(\%\) used it to find doctors or medical services, and about 65.3 \(\%\) relied on it to locate medical facilities. In response to these challenges, digitization and artificial intelligence (AI) offer promising solutions to enhance healthcare delivery. That’s where our paper comes in with proposing an e-health platform (TIASM-platform) to overcome existing barriers by providing a dedicated space for doctors and researchers. This platform features secure storage and access to a rich repository of healthcare-related academic papers, datasets, and models realized initially at LINFI laboratory and eventually at other laboratories. The findings of this research promise substantial improvements in healthcare resource management, ultimately contributing to better healthcare outcomes in Algeria and beyond.
