Temperature-Frequency Boundary of Cryogenic Dynamic Logic
摘要
Dynamic logic circuits within the context of cryogenic computing is introduced in this chapter, discussing how at low temperatures drastically reduced leakage currents allow reliable dynamic operation. The temperature-frequency threshold beyond which dynamic logic outperforms static logic is examined, offering a method to improve performance and lower power consumption. Real world case studies underscore the viability of deploying dynamic circuits in large scale data centers.
