Furthermore, the penetration of Deep Fake technology-an advanced artificial intelligence intended to create hyper-realistic digital representations in the organization-offers an extra dimension through which business operations can greatly enhance interactions with various stakeholders and customers. This chapter discusses how Emotional Intelligence (EI) and Intellectual Capital (IC) impact the Firm Performance of SMEs while showing the mediation effect of Deep Fake technology. Using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM), the relationships among the various constructs as well as insights into how they generate success in SMEs will be discussed.

摘要

In today’s competitive business environment, small and medium-sized enterprises increasingly require leveraging intangible assets like intellectual capital (IC) and emotional intelligence (EI) to gain a competitive edge. These are the critical drivers of success for an organization.
