Surface protection of leached concrete is an effective measure to prolong the service life. How to choose the appropriate repair material, which requires in-depth exploration of the interfacial pore structure characteristics between repair materials and leached concrete from macro and meso levels. To this end, three kinds of repair materials, i.e. permeable crystallization (PC), acrylic emulsion cement paste (AECP) and epoxy mortar (EM), were used in the actual repair project. The macro-bond strength between the repair materials and concrete were tested by the pull-off method. The meso-interfacial zone (meso-IZ) porosity and pore size distribution of the repair materials-concrete were studied by X-ray micro-computed tomography (micro-CT). The results show that the three repair materials have strengthened the surface of corroded concrete. In terms of bond strength, the bond strength between EM and corroded concrete was the highest, followed by CCCW, and the bond effect of AECP was the worst. The porosity in the meso-IZ decreased after being repaired with PC and AECP.

摘要
