Grouting of soil cavities is a common foundation treatment method in civil engineering. In the process of grouting, the geological conditions of underground works, particle size, permeability and interactive layering between different strata, and the inject ability of slurry in each layer of the inhomogeneous strata are different, and the effect achieved by grouting is not the same. Targeted digital acquisition and monitoring of the grouting process will be conducive to reflecting the characteristics of the grouting stratum, so that the slurry ratio and final pressure can be flexibly adjusted to achieve the desired effect of stratum isotropy. In this paper, through the research of grouting construction process in soil cavern, the system can automatically measure and display the current grouting speed, grouting pressure, ratio, dosage and other parameters, combining the Internet of Things technology and GIS software technology. This technology can fully respond to the grouting construction process, and at the same time, it is of great significance to promote the traditional construction monitoring to the advanced automated real-time process monitoring and management.
