What Organisations Need to Do
摘要
This chapter argues that organisations play a critical but often overlooked role in shaping how leaders respond to power. It outlines structural and cultural interventions organisations can implement to mitigate power’s distorting effects, from improving accountability systems and board dynamics to reducing power distance, promoting feedback and training leaders to manage pressure. And it challenges the tendency to blame individuals for leadership failures, urging a systemic response instead.
