A Simulation of Response Dynamics on Structure Machine for a 3-Axis CNC Milling Machine
摘要
This paper presents the theoretical foundation and simulation of dynamic forces affecting the structure of a 3-axis CNC milling machine, specifically designed for applications in the arts and crafts industry. The focus is on the machining process, where precision is required at the assembly points of a picture frame, which is composed of individually assembled components to facilitate transportation and maintenance. A CNC milling machine is necessary to ensure the required machining accuracy. To optimize machining time, the milling machine is equipped with three cutting motors. The research findings are presented through tables, formulas, and images. Finite element analysis (FEA) is used to model the CNC milling machine, and the response dynamics module is employed to simulate the vibrations.
