A DC (Direct Current) electric motor system, also known as a DC motor, is a type of motor that operates using direct current power and is propelled in a specific direction by electric current. In this article, the research team describes how they identified DC motor system models on the Arduino circuit platform by utilizing PI (Proportional Integral) and fuzzy PI algorithms in conjunction with the MATLAB Identification tool to control the motor speed. The algorithm evaluates the relationship between the input and output signals using experimental techniques. Subsequently, a PI and fuzzy PI controller for the motor speed is created. The results demonstrate how effectively the system’s quality responds to the specified values while maintaining setup time.
