Nutrient-Drug Interactions and Cardiotoxicity in Oncologic Patients
摘要
The field of cardio-oncology aims to manage the complex interplay between cancer therapies and cardiovascular health. A critical yet underexplored aspect of this discipline is the impact of food-drug interactions (FDIs) on therapeutic efficacy and safety. This chapter highlights the mechanisms, clinical implications, and management strategies of FDIs in cardio-oncology. Understanding these interactions is essential for optimizing patient outcomes, minimizing adverse effects, and ensuring the effectiveness of both oncologic and cardiovascular treatments.
