The purpose of this descriptive analytical study was to determine how System Cost, attitudes and self-efficiency related to telemedicine acceptability in Jordanian public hospitals. Based on the body of existing material, a conceptual model was put out. The dependent variable in the model is the acceptance of telemedicine in Jordanian public hospitals, while the independent variables are System Cost, attitude and self-efficiency. The 350 respondents were given questionnaires by email using Google Forms, and the respondents were chosen by convenience sampling.320 responses were analyzed, and structural equation modeling (SEM) with PLS was utilized to test the hypotheses. The findings showed that System Cost, attitudes and self-efficiency had a major impact on whether or not telemedicine was accepted in Jordanian public hospitals. The results of this study may aid Jordanian public hospitals in making the best use of variables like organizational culture, attitude, and self-efficiency to boost telemedicine adoption in such facilities.
