Enhancing Airline Service Quality Through Digital Public Relations
摘要
This study aimed to explore the correlation between digital public relations (DPR) and the enhancement of service quality within the aviation sector in Jordan. Quality was assessed based on the study’s variables, employing descriptive and statistical analyses. The research sample consisted of managers from digital public relations departments, with research hypotheses tested through linear regression. Findings indicated a significant relationship between DPR and service quality in airline organizations, with reliability emerging as the most influential factor associated with DPR, surpassing other factors like responsiveness and accessibility. Several recommendations were proposed, emphasizing the importance for airline organizations to prioritize the utilization of DPR and invest in employee training to foster progress and success.
