The study addresses the legal status of non-replicable digital business and the extent to which it is protected by copyright laws. It explains the concept of “digital mirror work” and presents the technical details of digital works such as NFTs. It also addresses other complex issues such as legal ownership, the transfer of rights and the exploitation of digital businesses. The study's findings, taken together, showed that NFTs, whether they exist separately as distinct digital works or replicate traditional works, must submit to copyright protection.
