E-learning technologies, which are provided by multiple prominent platforms in Jordan, or what are known as e-learning platforms, have a significant impact on achieving sustainability in the field of education. And meeting the ambitions and desires of students and learners in terms of the quality of education and learning methods. For this reason, this study was conducted, which aims to explore and determine the impact of the quality of machine learning platforms provided by government agencies and organizations in Jordan on student satisfaction and meeting their requirements. A questionnaire was conducted that included 147 students and they were asked a set of questions. The answers were recorded and these answers were analyzed using statistical tests and an approach. Structural equations in partial least squares using the Smart PLS program. The validity, consistency, and suitability of the data for the questionnaire. The results indicated that there is a direct link between students’ satisfaction with what e-learning platforms offer and their intention to use these platforms, and their willingness and enthusiasm to try e-learning technologies and machine learning platforms. The results also indicated the suitability, consistency, and validity of the question forms with the questionnaire model and its purpose.
