Design and Implementation of Smart Room Freshener

Room fresheners have become an essential part of our daily lives, helping to refresh our minds and create a stress-free environment. However, many products on the market rely on sublimation processes or timer-based delay systems, resulting in inconsistent fragrance distribution. Consequently, some areas become overly scented while others lack freshness. Over-scenting can also lead to respiratory discomfort for users. Additionally, customers face ongoing costs due to the short-lasting effectiveness of traditional air fresheners. To address these issues, this research work proposes a solution in the form of Smart Room Freshener. The system is composed of a controller, gas sensors, and a piezoelectric dispenser. It provides adaptable configurations to suit personalized preferences and utilizes intelligent detectors to ensure consistent fragrance distribution. Furthermore, remote monitoring allows for easy and convenient management of the system.
