Regularities of the Change of Physical Properties of Solid Solutions Based on Sodium Niobate During Their Modification

One of the most effective methods for modifying the physical properties of solar cells is the introduction of small (no more than 10 at%) additivesAdditive of monoxides of various elements (modification). The considerable potential of this method is attributable to the presence of a considerable quantity of metal monoxides and their combinations that can dissolve in complex oxides, particularly in ferroelectric PTSPerovskite-Type Structure (PTS), across a wide range of concentrations, as well as oxides of elements that form “fluxes.” (B2O3) is introduced into the original objects, namely SiO2, V2O5, and finally, additivesAdditive of combined action that influence the properties of the original systems due to the formation of the liquid phaseLiquid Phase (LP) and cation-exchange interactionCation-exchange interaction with the base (modifying glasses).
