It utilizes qualitative and quantitative methods based on interviews with 20 top managers and 500 other employees. The study claims that 80% of the participants in the polled companies claim that their productivity improved, with 30% reporting improved levels above 20%. These technologies are important for improving the efficiency of service delivery, particularly in customer service and operations. The influence of AI on employment opportunity indicators also proved to be positive: 62% of the respondents claimed that the employment levels increased, 74% indicated that employment security improved and 64% claimed that their job satisfaction increased. However, the research reveals that potential integration is hindered by a lack of skills (70%) and high costs (60%). The kewer respondens cite evidence supporting integration and innovation. AI indeed has strategic importance for operational innovation, but there is a need for strategic workforce development.
