This paper examines the transformative impacts of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and blockchain technologies on the financial sector’s performance. By integrating quantitative methodologies, including Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS, the study investigates the causal relationships between AI and blockchain adoption and financial performance enhancements. The findings confirm that the integration of these technologies significantly improves financial metrics, supporting the hypothesis that digital transformation is crucial for competitive advantage in the financial industry. This research provides empirical evidence that technological advancements in AI and blockchain are critical drivers of efficiency, profitability, and regulatory compliance in financial services.
