With the rapid pace of technical innovation and digitalization governments started to converge towards e-government. UAE has emerged as a key player showing significant uptakes in digital services by having e-participation and data centric approaches. This study explains that how this has attained by using qualitative case study method. The stages of e-government growth and impact on future economic growth has highlighted. The AI will have a direct impact on level of output across various sectors in UAE by enhancing efficiency and productivity. Furthermore, the nature and provision of various e-services have explained by considering the Artificial Intelligence (AI) plan of UAE in coming future. It is concluded that e-government in UAE has reached sophistication by leading in various economies globally. Despite the country’s digital agenda is new it has displayed an excel example by having a roadmap as part of long-term vision. The national leadership has proved that by adopting the right mix of e-government policies it was possible to mitigate the challenges of COVID-19 and come up with new innovative solutions. It is concluded that UAE policy maker swill steadfast in their missions in digital transformation and with a global mindset will advance towards future digital government successfully.
