Two different methods that are commonly used for adsorption measurement are described. It is shown that, under high pressure, the measured adsorption or apparent adsorption can be significantly lower than the true adsorption, because of the effect of the adsorbed layer, which cannot be determined directly.

摘要

Two different methods that are commonly used for adsorption measurement are described. It is shown that, under high pressure, the measured adsorption or apparent adsorption can be significantly lower than the true adsorption, because of the effect of the adsorbed layer, which cannot be determined directly.
