Case Studies, Autoethnographies, and Ethnographies: Insights for Qualitative Leadership Research
摘要
This chapter discusses the methodological approach employed in the empirical study of leadership. The inquiry is divided into two distinct studies, focusing on how autoethnographies and ethnographies can facilitate a dynamic understanding of leadership by utilizing the Critical Incident Technique (CIT). Additionally, an ethnographic and autoethnographic protocol is presented, designed to guide both this research and future investigations in assessing leadership patterns from a field-theoretical perspective.
