Design and Investigation the Process of Generation Second-Degree Burn Wounds on Rabbit Skin
摘要
The aim of this study is to study and improve the process of creating second-degree burn wounds on rabbit skin model. Burn wounds are created by the heat agent. The heat source here is taken from a device built from a custom thermally adjustable device. The compressive forces investigated in this study are 0 N and 5 N. The time selected for investigation in creating second-degree burn injuries includes the time points of 5 s, 10 s, and 15 s. The results with the thermal condition of 100 ℃ showed that the second-degree burn wound on the rabbit skin model was successfully created at a 5N force and kept for 15 s. In this study, a second-degree burn wound was successfully created using a tunable heating device.
